i applied for a bsc program in computer science freie universitat berlin through uni assist, though i'm to start with a german language course and foundation course but i thought i was supposed to pay 75 euros processing fee but it didn't come up nd i have submitted it electronically hope there ain't any problem.[october/november 2016]

In the checklist for German tourist visa, some things are not clear. I have the following question:

1. There is a requirement stating "letter of introduction from employer", "leave letter from employer" and "pay slips of the last three months" but the problem is that I'm self-employed (a freelancer). To be precise, I make money through blogging and other web designing jobs. How do I solve this?

2. "color copy of its data page". Do I need to print a fully colored copy of the data page or a photocopy is what they needed?

3. "contact in Germany (name and address)". What do they mean? I'm going as a tourist with no contact in Germany.

Hmmm I would have advised you to use a different schengen visa. The German embassy hardly grants tourist visas but here are the answers to your questions.

Germany is not a known tourist destination. People mostly go for specific reasons and also the ties they have there. It's rare to find a tourist to no ties to Germany.

freie university admission is finished for winter 2016, and for the 75 euros, you have to pay it. submitting your application does not mean it will be processed, so follow the payment instruction and do the payment

Some fee paying western European countries are way cheaper and easier to enter as a student than the so called "free education" Germany.

If the money in my 9ja bank account is not upto it's equivalent I filled on form A probably due to the unstable exchange rate , will it be processed or not? Wish to know if it will be processed with the money inside the account irrespective of the amount I wrote on the form A
