The only reason why you should go back to God is because you are not omniscience. And no matter how vast your knowledge about the universe is, It is very limited. Science has discovered a lot........but what it is yet to discover is far greater than what it has discovered. You surely can't rely on that.

well science has been more reliable than religious beliefs where answer to every question is "god did it" .. Don't you feel limited and stupid when your son asks you where rain come from and all the answer you could give is god did it and don't ever question the answer or god will put in hell.

Go back if you know the god is there. Atheists cannot go back. Only future events can alter this path, verify one of the gods. Based on events in the past, the religious gods are make believe. So it's kinda funny for someone to seek reasons why he should return under the service of a make believe god.

It appears that you reject the god in your head rather than doubt it's existence. But I could be wrong.

I dont know about others I can only speak for myself, and the religion I practice. You can only serve one God at a time. I think you should give the Christian God a try, if truly you are serious about going back to God. I did, and my life is comparatively better than what it used to be.

I gave the reason in my previous post, my life is comparatively better than how it used to be, before I accepted Christ. . Now don't get me wrong, we tried so many other gods before we decided to settle for Christianity due to the fact that my siblings and I used to fall ill occasionally and always ended up on the hospital bed.
This was becoming a norm, before we accepted Christ and now for almost 7years now, there has been a drastic change. Logic can't prove why we stopped falling Ill. but it is certainly real.
Experience will always defeat logic any day, anytime. And I suggest you Experience him for yourself if truly you are willing, and stop waiting for someone to prove him to you logically.
