Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa is a very good governor. The best we have had in recent years!
Despite the fact that he has not paid workers on Salary Grade Level 13 and above their salaries for June 2016, he has paid them for July 2016!
He is owing staff of DELSU salaries for May and June 2016, he has paid July 2016!
He is owing teachers of Primary school upwards of three month salaries.
He is owing workers of some Local Government upwards of four months.
I particularly love Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa for the way he has crippled Staff Multi-Purpose Co-operative Societies in Delta State as well as Credit Direct and other finance houses by not remitting deductions from the workers salaries to them for the months of May, June and July 2016. Workers cannot therefore take loans nor pay back nor service their loans and some of them are as walking corpses as a result.
The total deductions each month is greater than the amount used to pay workers each month.
As Delta State celebrates her 25th Anniversary on the 27th of August., 2016; don't forget to drop a word for our amiable Governor and 25 Gbosas!!!!!!

Hahaha dis delta state and bad governors. It's like even d anti christ(uduaghan) is becoming a saint wen compared with dis new plague called okowa.

It is inhuman to owe salaries. I can't find the words to describe holding back deductions from Co-operative Societies.

The governor has all these myriad of problems, and yet celebrating 25 years of inanities ! So d govt knowns that Inter bua round about has been begging for attention, yet they turned a deaf ear since eons. Even d jobs are so shoddily done. My Amiable Governor !!! Now that d celebrations are over, kindly do d needful, release deductions cheques and let civil servants sort themselves out.
