unfortunately these laws do not deny any citizen the right to education.these laws were to preserve the indigenous languages it feels are been threatened.
and the laws only affect their state owned schools.
it is like federal schools where you are forced to either learn either Hausa Igbo or yoruba.whereas there are other languages like Erik Fulani igala izon etc.

What stops Anambra or Imo from being cosmopolitan too?

Lagos state is a Yoruba state in the South West region. If you want your rights, go back to your state or head to Abuja which is the Federal Capital territory.
