Would like to share my beautiful experience using mtn weekend wow data. I got this message from mtn on Friday morning, as I was about to sub for mtn 10gb data bundle WowWeekend Enjoy massive BONUS! Buy 750MB for N500 and get 2.25GB bonus. Dial *131*103# to activate. Dial *131*4# to view data bonus. Bonus Valid till Sunday 11:59pm First I was skeptical about it when i saw it, i was like is this another scan from mtn? Cause we all know them to be Nigeria's no 1 scam network, lol, So I decided to give it a try with no second thought as I had enough airtime in my yello account to sub large data to download games. So I dialed the code sharp sharp, got confirmation message, checked my data balance instead of 750mb I got 1064 mb! Awesome! Right?  Then looked at wow data balance, instead of 2.5 GB I got 5gb!!! Enough to download the games I wanted. I was still scared even with the 5gb data that they might zap it at breakneck speed like airtel people those guys have taking the lead as Nigeria no 1 scam network.  I proceeded to downloading with the wow data bonus. I downloaded GTA San andreas 2.14gb, downloaded asphalt 8 airborne (1.386gb ), downloaded gangster rio city of saints(816mb) nd finally; mass effect infiltrator (393mb), I checked my wow data bonus still had 64 mb left and my main mb still intact. nNo abnormal zapping of data. Fast, stable and reliable network. This is the first time I'm actually pleased with mtn, those guys can be really awesome! Drew0:I meant it happened to me when I tried it I was only given 1064mb. I even had to buy extra N500 to make sure but it didn't work. That was 2wks ago. Since then I have not tried it. |
