Either the government exerts /upholds the sovereignty and supremacy of the state or they should simply give up.

who did massob intimidate? Has NDA killed one person? And you forgot to mention the fulani herdsmen. They have killed thousands of people but buhari is only concerned about NDA. Thing is buhari is gradually taking himself towards spending the rest of his life in prison. I see buhari in the hague soon.

So blowing pipelines and attacking military men are not crimes? Yet, it is people like you that will say 'Buhari is not moving the economy forward'.

Sad that there are many people who think in this awful way.

The military are already on ground and production still continue. While you are counting down production rate to reach zero, the military will count increasing numbers of Militants corpse.

Since the training exercise, Cultist and their subordinates like Vandaland kidnappers are been wasted like rat. Let them continue bombing, we will continue killing them

Nigeria win while you lose your joy and life.

Don't say what you don't know...
Which militants..how do you know militants..you think they are hungry...think all those bunkers and Icelanders are militants?
You blame our leaders..why you guys control the crude?
Tell buhari to negotiate..cos time will tell

I expected the militants and their sponsors/supporters to roll out their own weapon of mass destruction instead of crying to the US embassy and the international community.

Abi ooo... Have they not been saying they have sophisticated and more superior firearm than Nigeria Military. They also once boasted that they have missiles, etc. Why can't they roll these out and confront the military?

Yeye... Criminals calling themselves avengers.

Military vehicle to creeks...buhari is a joke...export pipelines pass thru underwater..and the creeks..
Don't know what heavy equipment are doing there...
But won't be long before f.g calls for dialogue
..they are trying to stifle the communities to sabotage..
they failed to understand that the people are consciously awaken to their antics..
It will end up as collateral damage..and respect will be restored.is all about our oil..
We know..there saboteurs too..we know...
We are not shaken.
If they want to protect the oil..let them go the ocean and creeks where the pipelines are and station their equipment..cos the can't break the resolve..
The world heard the call for dialogue..instead the government is preparing for war..this call for dialogue is as a result of the suffering in the country..not out of fear of guns or tanks..
Army can't know the creeks more than d indigenous ..neither the sea..
Since buhari has chosen this part...and shun dialogue..time will tell

No need to type story. Just go and prepare if that is what you claim you are going to do.

The military is there to address your issue.

They used deception to milk niger delta oil and impoverish the area. They used one nigeria to milk niger delta oil and impoverish them more. Now that niger deltans eyes don clear, they are now using intimidation and possibly, war to continue milking niger delta oil and impoverish them even more. Buhari has clearly shown that he is a northern president. His brothers, the herdsmen have been murdering people everywhere but buhari has done nothing. In less than 2 years in power, buhari has destroyed everything. Now he's about to go to war. I have to agree with the person that said God is using buhari to punish nigerians. This man has nothing to offer but more poverty and gnashing of teeth. I rest my case.

Do you have any idea how sanctions work undecided

These militants have become economic saboteurs and they must be dealt with.

The international community will do nada. They would rather have the federal government of nigeria nip the activities of these criminals ASAP rather than nigeria plunge into deeper recession with reliance on foreign aid.

I pity these military men. The last one that happened, there were all floating as dead bodies. Expect dollar to be 1000 by December. Govt would retrench workers massively.

GEJ will be picked up soon for sponsoring militants/rebel against the nation. Whoever makes noise or vandalize pipelines after his arrest will be crushed and nothing will happen. Enough is enough.

You guys have invited trouble and you will see it. We have to settle this once and for all.

Excellent news grin

The impunity has to stop.

Nigerians are screaming "things are hard", yet some foolsssss are further sabotaging the economy by stoping the exportation/refinery of our almost valueless oil. Do you know how much nigeria is losing daily as a result of their activities? Money that can be used to build roads, fund hospitals, etc.

Do you know how many oil companies that have divested from nigeria as a result of the madness of these naija delta militants?

Look at Asari Dokunbo. All the billions he made under the clueless one, GEJ was used in investing in cotonu. Why didn't he set up a private university in his region? What has he done for his people?

People from the south south need to wake up and smell the coffee. Edwin Clarke and co, what have they done for the region?

I hope the Nigerian Navy smokes out these miscreants.

You tried international sanctions e no work.

You are threatening retrenchment.

The only set of people that would be retrenched are those militants and illegal bunkering touts.

You can add their paid E-agents to that mix as well.

Well, that's why they are returning again. This time, they are well prepared and well fortified grin

There is bound to be casualties on both sides - military and militants. However, i know the Nigerian army will come out tops.

These militants are "moin moin" compared to the boko haram boys. Can militants wear suicide vests or have the guts to plant IEDs?

The FG needs to use whatever measures necessary to ensure the country functions.

People cannot be screaming that they are hungry whilst at the same time applauding those who sabotage the very economy from which they would be fed.

The militants were quite brazen in their action and utterance simply because they had rigged up most of the pipelines before the presidential handover.

The military is concerned about the yet unexploded ordnance which could be of great danger to members of the community unwary of their presence.

The military would not sit back and watch law and order break down with such fanfare and gusto.

Their presence is definitely most needed and welcomed in the Niger Delta.

Kudos.

Are u same as that my very good friend that uses number 981365 or so as user ID?

By the time the whole of niger delta is occupied by daredevil soldiers with heavy military hardware, only your people (niger deltans) will suffer.
Crude exploration and exportation will continue unhindered.
