Talking about belly fat my sister my own saved my life o!
When I got that bacteria infection and doctors were still running test trying to identify what orgnism was responsible? It was my belly fat that kept the bacteria from spreading fast into my organs! It was eating away at the plenty fat in my belly that even my doctor said thank God I have that much fat to keep the bacs busy (though it affected one but not one that could have been fatal).

Embrace the belly fat mama see it as an added cushion to baby when you deliver you can then think of how to reduce or eliminate it.



Meanwhile yesterday's camp was awesome! And I believe God has answered our prayers and we all waiting on Him will be announcing our bfps soon in Jesus name amen.

My dear, eating healthy is just d key. Pregnacare or whatever is just a supplement. Only folic and fesolate (ferrous) r my routine drugs, but I make sure I eat healthy food.

6. You did not need to apply oil to the AF hourly or daily....highly unnecessary and the dripping oil will cause rashes on the baby's face. The AF is not "drying up" like many naija mums believe. You also do not need to put thread from cloth. You also do not need to mop AF with hot water or apply any substances local or herbal on it. JUST LEAVE THE AF ALONE!!!
