That's the part that really got me cracking. The ease at which APC leaders tell lies is really worrisome. It's rather amusing that Obaseki was claiming Local Govts are autonomous in Nigeria when the reverse is the case. From all intent, Ize-Iyamu was more precise in his submissions and he seems more honest than his APC counterpart.

Actually local govt in edo are autonomous their allocations are untouched, even iyamu didnt contest dat, his issue is dat state govt is collect more direct revenue that he thinks belongs to d local govt.

Wld u prefer Igbinedion and Anenih, comparing what Oshio has done within same period? Its challenging for Oshio cuz there was no past ground for him to walk on,he virtually had to fight... he is gathering momentum to build a sail for APC like Aneneh n Igbinedion's party have done for POI. But Edo can never forget in a hurry what PDP did to Edo state

Edo be wise. Vote for the right reasons not because of your own selfish interest. i would very much prefer Ize-iyamu because there is great power in political opposition. If he wins that is the only way the actual truth of oshiomole's administration would come out. Take for example oshiomole abadoned a state university to build what he called a joint partnership university where the joint investors who are currently invincible own a larger percent share mean while because of lack of funding several department have been deaccredited in AAU the state own university.

Although I am APC supporter, Obaseki has not impressed at all. He is amongst the worst of the candidates on the stage. Shockingly horrible performance.

It pains me to say it but the PDP candidate is the most impressive in this debate.

I am starting to suspect Obaseki may just be a puppet for Oshiomole.

The problem I have with the PDP guy is the Pastor attached to his name...I can even understand if Obaseki attaches Pastor to his name as he has a charisma of a damp rag, but that PDP got nothing churchy about him...I think he is more sound than the rest...
