When i read about people with Geological Survey still going to spend about 450 Thousand naira for Bore-Hole i have to shout Halleluyah
for mine even Thou the first one Failed. The Young showed me That there are still Good Handworkers in Naija the boy called told me i had to add something went back and redid the whole Bore-hole again

I wonder who has to pay that much? Good luck to them!

Thank you bros for full record detailed cost of this project, I hope every one can see for them selves. For those of you that don't know cost nail and giving numbers of building cost. Over 11million has being spent since 2014 when this project started, he has not gotten to roofing, electrical cables accessories, plumbing wares and tailing yet Oooo. Guys don't be discouraged though, a journey of 100 years start with a step. You can do same if you pray and set your priority straight.

what we did in end effect was to finish one side. cast it then later shift to the other side to save cost but it still cost the earth to do parapet

chairman while you're making a lot of sense, the truth still remains that this is a massive project done without compromise, many three and two bedroom bungalows have been built for a lesser amount, the concrete fascia(parapet) on that house alone would cost more than two plots of land in most parts of Nigeria.
