I had an experience where the customer care agent of my network provider called a few days after, the call was flirtatious.

For her mind now she has sense, what level of bad did the guy do to warrant reporting him to his employers? *mtcheew* yeye dey smell. Eez a matter of time before you get another job if them flush you. If you loose your job in Nigeria in this recession .. #SayNoMore

The guy used his position to acquire her phone number and we all know how girls are about phone numbers right? Personally I wouldn't mind for a lady operator to hit up on me.

It was absolutely wrong for him to do that and yes the proper thing for the company to do is to fire him because he just proved that he can't be trusted with customers' private information.

I'd rather just get her residential address and bump into her "accidentally".

That being said the lady acted in a haste and will definitely have a lot of time to regret her actions especially when the guy gets sacked.

Why ruin a life when you can just let it go?

I am finding it difficult understanding the "her details supposed to be a secret" part, because I know most times I call our mobile providers, the agent will ask me to confirm my number by calling it out for me. So what's the secrecy there?

He copied her phone number from the office's record for his personal use. That is unethical, it's violation of her privacy. A very hard and costly way to learn his lessons. I pray he's not sacked. The lady should have tempered justice with mercy.

It was not as if the guy shared her number to the whole word. The guy had already got the the number when she called (remember ,he was the one that attended to her) .
