What the agent did was definitely unprofessional non the less but her reaction was very immature, inconsiderate and kind of stupid.

The guy works in their store, as a B2C customer care agent. He liked the girl, but didn't want to be unprofessional at work.

Some guys here must have done something like this before too. You see a lady you like at the bank, and you trace her number in the register and you hit her up.

But the guy shouldn't have put his picture! A lady that hasn't given you audience?

Guy, there is no angle to it. Customer privacy cannot be over emphasized here. What if it was an atm pin or your online pin and he makes use of it? Henshould be sacked and handed over to the police immediately. If hes a freak, he could as well tail her , rape her and kill her and move on to another victim..just cos he has access to her info.

Yes. This is so intentional even after calling him mad. She sure knows the outcome from her reporting him. The hurt didn't leave her until she got to Twitter page. I am not sorry for the guy losing his job! I feel sorry for the guy that will spend the rest of his life with her

I read a lot of people's comments and just shook my head.
We have just shown how hypocritical we are in this part of the world.
It seems we do not realize the gravity of what the guy did.
[b][/b]THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF INVASION OF PRIVACY AND IS A CRIMINAL ACT THAT CAN GET BOTH HIM AND HIS EMPLOYER SUED

To help make it clearer, remember that it means the guy not only has confirmed to the girl that he has access to her personal details (think home address, birthday, mothers maiden name and all those other things you fill out on those forms) he has also demonstrated to her that he is willing to use it for a personal issue.

Theoretically, he can stalk her, kidnap her, rape her, impersonate her at a banks etc.

Put yourself in her shoes befor you judge what she did harshly.

This was gross professional misconduct.

Another example to help all you critics think a bit. What would you say If your male doctor is examining your vagina (ladies) or anus (guys) and he now says "I like the way you feel inside"?

That look on your face right now is exactly the way the woman felt.

And you are all putting her down for reporting him.

Whether rude or not, its called breach of privacy in law. So he should face the music! You don't know the circumstance of the clients so keep within official bounds,you are safe that way!

Some girls tho. If d guy wanted to harm her since he had access to her info, he wouldn't reach out 2 her in d first place. i feel the acted rather mean. A banker saw me in the banking hall talking to the customer care agent, he came over n ws staring at me. only 4 me 2 receive a call later dat evening from the guy dat he got my number from his colleague's system (i.e the one dat was attending to me). i told him dat it was a breach of my privacy, he said he knows that its even against bank policy, he apologized n sed he just wanted to b friends. i told him i don't do friends and i'm nt interested and dat was it. I wont report someone to his employer just because he shows interest in me, except he was beginning to pester or threaten me. so i tink the lady went too far. She's not d first such a thing will happen to n wont be the last. she just wants d guy to b sacked. Wicked girl
