This is definitely developer rom, its clear the next global stable update for redmi note 3 pro will be based on marshmallow.

Hmm, very bad experience! That's indeed scary, have seen phones act like that. Imagine changing your screen for nothing you did wrong! Make person nr see bad thing ooo.

Yea, the last two update I had were actually less than 100mb, and there was no update in 1 particular week, or mayb I didn't notice it

You simply have China ROM with Google play store installed. You can only get rid of it when you flash global ROM.
