Thanks to all that answered my call for help with supervisors. Supervisors are hard to get for my interest, but I believe I will win this time by God's grace. All in all, "Koluwa Gbakoso". Adara.

1) What evidences do you have to show a VO that your sponsor will not defect in sponsoring your education? Legal, picture, etc evidences.
2) It should not as long as you explain that gap in your SOP.
3) Either choice is up to you. I would suggest you need not do medicals until you are asked to. #MoneyandUncertaintyWise
4) This is also up to you. Not too sure which route is faster now but neither would affect a VO's decision on your application.

I hope this helps.

Thank you soo much for the help.

hope you didn't contradict your yourself in any one of your documents I.e CV, certificates, forms you filled. How did you eliminate the study gap in your academic history? Because those years you did ur diploma, if you didn't cover the gap well, it will show. Sometimes I think they forget to understand that National Diploma isn't equivalent to Degree.

I stated in my SOP that I've been working with my uncle since I completed my computer engineering course in 2011, and I attached a letter of introduction from his company.

Good evening house, I am in search of University Admission for a student who just finished High School and wants to start his B.sc program in Cananda, he is a science student and is open to any course/school that will guarantee qichk admission and also also one which the consular will see as a course worth leaving Nigeria to study abroad.

Many thanks for you suggestions

Please I am asking this question because nothing can be compared to experience.........

If the computer engineering na degree, forget it!
Or did you mean pre-degree which is a year or diploma

because if na degree( B.Eng) ehn...
You said you are 22 presently and that have been working with your uncle since 2011 (5 yrs ago) when you completed your computer engineering (which is five years in Nigeria), it means you got ur B.Eng at age 17 which implies that you got admission to study computer engineering at age 12.

Except if no be nigeria u sch oooo, if na me be the VO sef i no need tell you wetin go happen to ur app na, u sef suppose don know

Oga! the VO na human being too.
Abeg repackage that app b4 u waste ur money

But if na diploma.... Fire on!!! Wish you the best

First of all, my answer is based on research-based masters program

Well, on paper manitoba grants more admission to international students, but i'll vouch for Saskatchewan and i have my reasons

In Saskatchewan before you apply for masters there is this pre-qualification form you will ne asked to fill, which will then be distributed in the faculty to see if supervisors will like such app, then if u pass dat stage, you will be asked to formally apply - which is sure in most cases. (I know this is how ECE does, i don't know abt other departments but i think it might be general, check ur departmental website for more info)

Manitoba too has its advantages like uou do not need to have a supervisor to get admitted, the department will assign for you.

I was also faced with this issue, my own is that i will apply to the two of them (risk management) anyone wey pick me na my luck i just have to "blow" $120
I think its better to overlook $120 than not to get admitted to one.

After dat one sef, person go come start TRV wahala

By the way which course do you want to apply to and is it course-based masters or research-based masters?

You surely need to obtain your GCMS. But since you have deferred to January 2017. Give it another try but put up a strong explanation addressing the concerns raised.

The Computer engineering no be degree, it's just a certificate course I did at a computer college at Ikeja, immediately after sec school, and I attached the certificate dated (2010-2011).
Finished sec school in 2009. Maybe I should provide more documents to prove that I work with my uncle's company, payslip not available though, coz he doesn't pay me. Or What do you think?

If he is not an hater and he really wants you to leave this forsaken nation and succeed, then he should prepare payslip for you, but then it will be payment by hand because no bank acct statement proof can be made.

Abi guys wetin una think?

I get your point there, but is there any way to proof the hand payment, coz these people work mainly on proofs?

And how do I address the purpose of visit thing?

Bro that part is blank for now because I dont understand what to do there.

Other Funds? apart from paid tuition, I have another 5500CAD in naira equivalent transferred to my account and as sworn in the affidavit by my sponsor.

My question is... Do I state the 5500CAD as other funds, and 24500CAD(tuition + room&board) as funds available for my stay.
I am so confused bro...

Thanks for your assistance in anticipation...

House, please I feel like I'm wasting time because cbn is really making the payment hard, so can I go ahead to apply without mak8ng the payment?

Let Google be your best friend on this.

You can start by checking programs in all Canadian university, their fees, and rank. Apply to two school program each at top, medium and low rank based on your ability to pay fees.

"Open to any course" isn't a good place to start. ask the person the subject he/she truly enjoy at secondary school and consider programs related to that field. Shalom!
