The President didn't say he won't show up at the National Assembly. He only said the National Assembly has not officially written to him to summon him. Please, always read before you rush to comment.

Did the senate put date on the newspaper? Paper only reported that both chambers agreed to invite the president, it is left for them to fix a date and write to him

So much noise very little sence. So the president should just read in newspaper and jump straight to NASS. if they want him they know ow to invite him. Even common citizens cannot be invited via newspaper stories.
