After cracking my brain

the 3rd participant should be able to figure out the colour she's wearing. she is able to see te first and second participants. it either they are wearing a red/red or black/black or red/black hat.

Good day, 1 was my major problem, thank that guy thant answered.

1 has been answered DORMANT and DOORMAT

2 Can I answer, No, i can't. Its tough.

3 The man is in the building....EVERYONE CAN JUMP (He Jumps, not necessarily out, cld just be up).

4 I shortlisted and had participant 2 and 3. Now, it'd only be participant 3 if the two colours he sees in front are same. But if they're different, it'd leave us with participant 2. It'd be 2 cos, if 3 sees two same colours ahead, participant 3 wld be sure of his colour and so say it. But if 3 sees different colours, he'd be silent. So participant 2 wld know that his colour is definitely the OPPOSITE of 1's hat. If it were same, 3 wld talk...hope i explained well...
