If only we had defeated Stoke Convincingly 2 weeks ago, we wouldn't be under some kinda pressure to get back to winning ways immediately. This is why managers with title ambitions should endeavour to win Certain matches so as to ease pressure ....especially when a series of tricky fixtures are scheduled to take place after an international break.

the Stoke match wasn't the manager's fault rather it was the players' profligacy that cost us that match. On another day, we would have lost that game or won it either 1-0 or 5-0 but that's football. Just look at City today, for all their endeavors they still left the match with a point despite totally outclassing and out playing Everton(and also missing 2 penalties).

Yes we need to win the so called smaller games (a point I made at the beginning of the season) in other to stand a chance of winning the league title as they make up the bulk of the league, there's no doubt in that. Had we won against Stoke pressure won't be on us like it is now.


Against Liverpool, one would expect us to win considering our squad and our recent record against them but yeah I would also take a draw at the very least.

I agree with you - bar the misses, i have no complaints about the performance (against Stoke).

I would have loved a situation where we would visit Stamford Bridge beaming with confidence but Sadly, the reality is that we might not win at Anfield on Monday.

I think we would even host Fenerbahce in the EL 3 days to the Chelsea Match.Mourihno would probably have to field a relatively strong side against the Turkish club to avoid Stories that touch - dropping points at home in that competition would definitely do more harm than good.

From all indications, our manager has a lot of Squad-shuffling to do in the next 8 days.

We ain't their Mate in term of Players quality! We have better Players than them - and if our Players play to their strength and ability, 3 points wouldn't be hard to grab with some beautiful Goals!
