How I describe Nacho sums it all up.... He's a No.10/No.9 Super Hybrid. An AMF who can play comfortably as an SS and a ST/CF.

A No.10 who can finish better than most no.9s. His finishing ranks among the top two of his many wonderful attributes, the other is His "Vision" smiley

A Super Hybrid "Forward" who's naturally endowed with the characteristics of an AMF (no.10) and RWF but is also a keen operator as a no.9, a false 9 and a support striker.

Look, Pep Guardiola better not turn a blind eye to Nacho's international games for Nigeria. He better look into how Nacho sets up also in the Super Eagles.

Nacho will score loads of goals playing behind the striker for Nigeria. His Vision, quick thinking, and finishing are world class. Pep berra not limit him to just the "aguero role" coz Nacho offers much more than Aguero as an all-round forward.

I don talk my own. I dey watch Pep and the man city midfielders in 3D and HD.

Guardiola knows Nacho can play that role but as a striker, Iheanacho gets to touch on his attributes when he drops deep.

When he gets into the scoring positions regularly as a top striker, Manchester City Gets him using his best ability finishing.

City also has Silva, Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne who can play the AMF role. Guardiola secured that spot as a top striker for Nacho when he turned down the Chace if signing Aubameyang. Nacho must take the opportunities that comes his way.

Agbo has signed a four-year contract with Watford but he can only move to England if he has played 25 games or records 75% of
international games with Nigeria.

This is the rule I tried pointing out that I feel Guardiola wants to use to secure a work permit for Chidi Nwakali.

But Nacho is taking his opportunities naa.... Or isn't he? He's been consistently doing so and Pep can't seem to allow the kid play 90mins for once in the EPL in his tenure.

The time is fast coming and is indeed now when Nacho should chase Aguero outta City. Nacho is hotter than Kun now. I don't care if kun scores against barca. Nacho is hotter.

To score 4goals in 4 consecutive matches for Nigeria no be beans especially when you consider the gulf in class between man city and Nigeria.

When Nacho scores for Man City, people say, it's because he's surrounded by top players all round. But he keeps doing so even for Nigeria.... And Man City has better players.

Abeg.... If Pep wanna be fair, then the case of Messi and Ronaldinho is what I see repeating in the case of Iheanacho and Aguero.

Yeah... I have no doubt that Pere and Pep are up to something on Chidiebere.

Man City only has Fernandinho there. An Aleix Garcia is another option as fernando doesn't fit in at all... but I expect C. Nwakali to provide keen competition for or even displace Aleix Garcia at Man City.

I can't forget his Beijing 2008 heroics and his "weird text-book" header against Argentina in the 2005 FIFA U-20 world cup final.

I think he plays alongside a certain swedish lad they call "Ibrahimovic's heir" ba?? At AIK I think?

This is Guardiola's first season with Nacho. He will work on Nacho's personal development as a footballer. When once he gets Nacho to where he wants, Nacho will become explosive.

Guardiola feels there is more for Aguero who is one of the best attackers in the World to learn. Imagine the knowledge Guardiola wants to pass to Nacho.

We should give the coach time. What we need to take away from Yesterday's game is that when Guardiola set up his team yesterday, Nacho was part of the team. Apart from not scoring, Nacho had a good game.

I believe the yesterday's team would cope better against a pressing Tottenham Hotspur. In such position, Nacho would score loads.

We play an open attacking football system which allows players to express themselves. Nacho plays as a false 9 where he is allowed to drop deep and switch wings with players.

I think the freedom he has is okay. It is up to Nacho to keep working hard and improving as a player.

He needs to learn the art of skipping past players with ease and unleashing shots in impossible to score situations. This is where he needs work.

Everton players knew he was deadly and hardly gave him a chance to shoot in the box.

I do not think that is Guardiola's doing.

competition everywhere!
I don't think Nigeria has had such competition as we see today in d last 10yrs.

Hmmmm... I can't even imagine d kinda headache Rohr will be facing while selecting his team.

Even presently we have 5-inform wingers in V. Moses, S. Moses, A. Musa, I. Success(though I'll still love to see him play d CF role in d green white green) and even Iwobi... Chai wahala de o! I think d midfield n defence will suffer for this in d numbers of players been called-up.
With Etebor coming in, Ideye might soon be drop from d team. Ighalo will even need to convince d coach y he needs to keep faith in him.

I only laughed when I read that NFF are still wooing Ibe. Abeg where e wan stay or who im go displace.

Our present focus should be d fullbacks and a tested and reliable 9.

Other African countries will be happy we won't be @ AFCON'17 de for smell am...

No matter how you try to paper over the cracks, iheanacho is not a no 9.
He has the goal scoring nack to be at the moment right place at the right time doesn't mean he is best suited as a striker.

I hope those suggesting Ighalo and Ideye to be benched for Iheanacho to lead the line are seeing the reasons why some of suggested Iheanacho continues his role linking the midfield to the attack, which he is best suited for.

CHELSEA BOSS CONTE HAILS 'FANTASTIC'
VICTOR MOSES

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has again praised Victor Moses after he scored from his new wing-back position in a convincing 3-0 home win over Leicester.

Victor Moses scored in the 80th minute before he was replaced by fellow Nigerian Olaoluwa Aina two minutes later.

“When I arrived at Chelsea I told the club I
wanted to see Victor in pre-season because I
knew him very well and I knew about his great
potential. He played well as a winger when we
were playing with a 4-2-4,” Conte said after the
game.

“He’s a very good player, now he’s playing as a
wing-back and it’s fantastic because he pays
great attention in defence and can go one against one in attack.

“Alonso always played this role but Moses is a
winger. His education is fantastic. I’m pleased for him.

“If someone shows they deserve to play I have no problem, I don’t care about the surname.”

Yes, I have personally watched him play and am not excited by the level of his technique.
Sometimes he plays like a battering ram, like Emile Heskey.
Players like that score plenty goals in youth set ups because they grew bigger than their mates, hence they use their physical advantage to score loads of goals in the youth sides, but when they graduate to the senior set-up they are found out because they meet their match physically.
People like Anichebe, chucks Aneke, even Agbonlahor had this advantage, we can see where they are now.

If Solanke does not refine his technique, am afraid he will have a very ordinary career.

Every player has his own style of play and every player can't play like Messi.

Chucks Aneke still remains a fine player to me. He is naturally talented. And that is why he is always a champion wherever he goes.

Because A failed doesn't mean B will fail. Football na luck.

What do you mean by technique? I really want to understand you. Thanks

CSKA MOSCOW TO RE-SIGN AHMED MUSA IF
LEICESTER MOVE FLOPS

Russian champions CSKA will be willing to re-sign Nigeria star Ahmed Musa should his big-money move to Leicester City crash.

Ahmed Musa reportedly cost the Premier League champions 18 million pounds in the summer when he joined up from the Russian army club.

However, the Nigeria winger has yet to explode in the Premier League as widely expected as
Leicester have also struggled to match the run
they chalked up last season.

“Ahmed is still loved and highly rated at CSKA,
where he played for five seasons and there are
strong indications that should he for any reason
fail to shine in England, they will be only too
happy to resign him,” a source close to the
forward revealed.

The 24-year-old Nigeria star, who has been
nominated for the CAF African Footballer of the
Year 2016, has made five appearances in the
Premier League for ‘The Foxes’ with only two
starts and has yet to find the back of the net.
Leicester City are 13th on the table, while CSKA
are second on the table in Russia with 21 points
from 10 matches, a point behind leaders Spartak Moscow.

Against Man u Iheanacho was leading a counter and he tried to squeeze the ball to KDB but it was caught and Pep was furious cuz he wanted the ball played to the wing instead, it was one of those situations were if the gamble paid off we are talking 3-0 city, since then I have seen no spark so i guess Pep told him to keep it simple. The fact that he has not yet had a notable shot from range should let u know something.

Simon Moses works too hard he would be my personal choice but obviously him being right footed works against him, Echiejile could also be a choice but we need someone that can do both jobs at a high rate.
