The hospital is the only government establishment in Orlu.

Owerri holds all the five universities and polyethechnics in Imo state.

Walahi, only a most crazy governor would contemplate uprooting a deeply seated teaching hospital like IMSUTH from Orlu to Owerri. Twenty minutes drive separates Orlu from Owerri.

Okorocha destroyed the centrally located, magnificent and deeply seated Imo state library at its central location in Owerri and built shanties at the outskirts of Owerri for replacement.
Libraries are located usually at city centre.

No other modern state library exists in Imo state outside Owerri.
The money spent on demolishing the library in Owerri and building new one could have built three other state libraries in other local government areas in Imo state.

But Rochas Okorocha misunderstands state library as library of the state meant only for the state capital. He doesn't understand that state libraries are supposed to be in all the local government areas of Imo state.
