Funnier. Because the guy wants £50,000, he kacks bench. grin grin

So you believe if Solanke signs 25k deal, he will get picked more often. Over Batshuayi or how.

It happens and it is still happening.

You just wait and watch.

First of all wrong it was not about him staying in the air cuz there was also a Clyde The Glide Drextler who slept in the air. Dr J who never went to med school was the first to dunk from the freethrow line even befoe MJ. Vince did not play with Mike, by the time Vince came in Mike was saying goodbye having just won his 6th and final trophy so they never faced off not even in a dunk contest. As a dunker Vince was just as good as MJ, how do i explain this? He jumped over a 7'3 man during a game at the olympics. His dunk contest is up there with anyone. So this is how i know u don't know what u are talking about. All 4 of his goals so far have been on touch plays i'm i making this up? His first epl goal was a one touch winner even against the spurs it was a one touch play, u cannot avoid these facts and if he keeps scoring at this rate i would be happy, all i am saying is he should do wat has gotten him here, i begged for Pep to release him but people asked me why but now u are angry that he is doing great at wat his coach wants which is to move around and find his chances. Maybe this is wat Eto'o and Ibra did not want to hear becos upon all Messi's abilties he is the more deadly finisher nobody slides in to finish a chance like Messi.

I think after Babayaro and Iroha, Taye Taiwo is Nigerian's third best left back. Some might even rate him higher than Iroha because he got goals.

Oshaniwa has never had the potential or quality of Taiwo.

Taiwo is no longer the player he was but Oshaniwa is not is his class.

Taiwo is the number one.

Where did I say Iheanacho learnt finishing in England? See me and Yara Yara, see trouble.

I said, City play Iheanacho up front because, as you said in the bolded above, his biggest asset is finishing. He will have more chances to finish more playing up front.

If not City, Iheanacho might not get converted to a striker where he gets chances to finish at such frequency.

U said if Nacho trained as a 10 he would never be one of the deadliest finishers in Europe, thus implying that playing as a 9 suddenly made him a great finisher. I am saying he was already one and he could do wat he is doing in Nigeria at Man City.

I said he has that rating because he plays in a position where he gets to use his biggest asset. If he was trained as a ten, he would not have the same amount of opportunities and would not become one of the deadliest strikers.

A ten is not a striker, let alone being one of the deadliest.

Since he has never played Griezman as a lone striker in 3years , its a safe bet to say he hasn't give it a thought. And yet am the incoherent one.. Lol

Lampard scored loads of goals but he is not one of the deadliest strikers ever. So playing as a ten and scoring goals does not make the person one of the deadliest strikers.

U are sticking with the word "striker". Playing 10 won't make him a 9 that is as common sense as it gets but the word u used was "finisher" and Nacho was scoring goals like water before he left Nigeria not as a 9. So stop hyping ur club we all know they got a steal and a gem, just manage him right thats all.

Oga lemme help u out... Jordan was termed Air Jordan because whenever he does goes for a dunk especially with his leap from the free throw line, HE STAYS IN THE AIR FAR LONGER THAN OTHER DUNKERS.

HE even outshone Vince Carter in the dunking game in the NBA. smiley

I know my basketball bro. Was only speaking based on the positions he could play which will permit him to get into dunking positions. He was a shooting guard that could also play point guard, small forward and power forward.

So that's settled... smiley **So much throwing Jabs when you actually never knew why Michael was termed "Air Jordan" all along... Smh**

As for Nacho's nickname.... TAP IN MERCHANT IS WRONG!!!!!!! THE MOTIVE BEHIND THE NAME IS ALSO WRONG!!!!!!!!

SO SAVE YOUR CAMPAIGN FOR THE NAME.

The English System produced Dele Alli and Iwobi. Not all will be superstars but we should give opportunities to the talented ones. Ejaria is another one, i hope we do not lose to England.

That is what i am talking about. Just a few of them. Most of them are not as good and as gifted as products of our youths system.

Many of those EPL "star" kids we are yearning to invite to the Super Eagles would flop big time.

He even unforgiveably missed a simple TAP-IN.

Why make comparisons of players of the early 90s only? As at then the local league still had great quality.

Who be Oshaniwa near Taye Taiwo?

Ex Blackburn Rovers Nigerian Forward
Scores Match Winning Hattrick For German
Side Kaiserslautern

Nigerian forward Osayamen Osawe scored a
hattrick for German side Kaiserslautern to power
them to a 3-0 win over fellow second division side Bochum.

Osawe who had a stint at Blackburn Rovers
during his formative years, has settled down to
life in Germany since moving to the country two
years ago.

23 year old Osawe moved to the German second division side this summer from third division side Hallescher on the back of a fine season where he scored 10 goals.

Ironically his first set of goals for his new side
came against his former side Hallescher FC in a
cup game, where he scored a brace but still
ended on the losing side as they slump to a 4-3
defeat.

His first league goal came against Dynamo
Dresden over a month ago, in a game they won
3-0 in front of their fans.

Born in England to Nigerian parents, he is eligible to represent Nigeria and England at international level but he is yet to be capped at any level by either nations.

Iwobi played as Arsenal's no.10 (Ozil's role) last night. His finishing was the biggest let-down but certainly it's just one of those days in football. Na this guy finish well against Zambia.... smiley

Wenger Laments Iwobi’s Poor Finishing
After Victory Over Reading In EFL Cup

Manager of Arsenal Arsene Wenger has reacted to his team’s 2-0 win over Reading in the English Football League cup, particularly on the
performances of some first team players.

Two well taken goals from Alex Oxlade
Chamberlain was all the Gunners needed to see
off Reading at the Emirates to secure progression to the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup.

Wenger who fielded a much changed squad, filled with fringe and young players picked from the academy of the club, was full of praises for goal scorer Chamberlain, goalkeeper Damian Martinez and Alex Iwobi.

Wenger on Oxlade-Chamberlain: “The quality of
his concentration is sharper and more determined. He’s worked a lot and it comes out
everyday”

Wenger on Martinez: “We have 3 top class GKs & as long as we’re in this competition he knows he gets this game & has something to focus on”

Wenger on Iwobi: “What we want from him now is the finishing. He’s too nervous at the moment
when he has the possibility to finish.”

Spanish Court Proposes Two Year Jail Term
For Super Eagles And Watford Star Ighalo
Over Falsification Of Document

Super Eagles and Watford forward Odion Ighalo
could be jailed for two years over falsification of
driving documents during his stay in Spain with
La-Liga side Granada.

Spanish publication, Marca, reports that the
provincial district attorney’s office of Granada has requested a two-year prison term and a fine of 3,000 Euros for Ighalo, his ex-Granada teammate, Diego Buonanotte, and 93 others for allegedly bribing their way to pass a driving test.

According to the provisional writing of the
prosecution, in 2012 and 2013 someone was
hired to write the exams for Ighalo and the other accused. After the test was written, the errors made on the sheet were deleted. Investigation further revealed that three syndicates of Íllora (Granada), Mengíbar (Jaén) and Ciudad Real who moved to Granada allegedly recruited students to help write exams for clients who wanted to pass the driving license exams, and were charged between 1,500 and 2,500 Euros.

Following the incident, the prosecutor found the Super Eagles striker culpable of the crime of
falsifying an official document. Meanwhile, as is
the practice, Ighalo may be dragged to appear in court to testify in Granada if an open trial is to be held.

Iwobi Dazzles In Ozil’s Role In Arsenal Win
Over Reading, Accepts Criticism Over Poor
Shooting Abilities

Arsenal 20 year old Nigerian forward Alex Iwobi
was handed a new role by manager Arsene
Wenger in Arsenal 2-0 win over Reading in the
EFL Cup game at the Emirate Stadium.

Iwobi usually deployed on the left by Arsene
Wenger, was this time around given a role in the
midfield (in the middle as the central AMF). The role that is usually reserve for star
midfielder Mesut Ozil.

The Nigerian had a first half to forget but recovered brilliantly in the second half, and impressed with neat passes and strong runs which kept the backline of the visitors under
pressure.

He came close to scoring with a rasping drive
from his weaker foot, the left but the strength in
the shot brought out a punched save from
goalkeeper Omar Al-Habsi.

However, he missed a glorious chance to score his first goal of the season, when he horribly miscued a ball that dropped for him in the Reading box, with goalkeeper Al-Habsi in no man’s land.

His poor goal return this season was addressed by Wenger during his post match conference, and the striker appears to be in agreement with his manager by posting ” It’s Like I Dunno How To Shoot” on social media platform snapchat
