Pep went 5 matches without a win in his first season at Barca (league alone). Pep brought out the full blown Messi, He also brought the "false 9" tactic to limelight. He brought the Xavi-Iniesta-Messi combo of which it's still on even till this present day (although Xavi has gone sha). Sixteen trophies in four years for Barca after Barca went trophy less for two years.
