there are two frequencies with 3974 change the freq. of one and live the other one all of them will open with the right software.

I only saw one 3974 which I changed to 3979 but did not work may be the fault is from my software but all other thing open like Sony channels, discovery channels and sport 24 channels only the cnn India and hbo are stubborn

. Just checked and saw that Hbo and discovery are both on 3974 but with different symbol rate to what frequency should I change the discovery.


Note, the hbo is horizontal and discovery was vertical

Good day everyone!! For most newbies because this issue was treated some years back. When you buy any strong receiver, get a clean USB storage device (pen drive) plug it into the USB port and with your remote, navigate to menu to USB. At the USB menu, you will see upload.. press and upload all.
A tip here for all!! When you have a working receiver programmed with keys and channel list, you can use the same process to upload the software which one can use to upgrade another receiver of the same series........ won't be long!!!
