So sorry about that. Can you try bitterleaf soup made with cocoyam n not cornflour, it works like magic.
My sis had d same issue n tried all d tryables until she took bitterleaf soup, in less than 2hrs her breastmilk was gushing. U can give it a try.

My pregnancy was a stress free one,no ms,no spitting,no unusual cravings,no aversion to smell,was just eating n eating , I didn't even have that black line on my tummy until after delivery and its faint.



So when I got to 39 weeks I noticed my baby's movement had reduced somewhat,I would run round my compound n do some squats only for my baby to just demo for one corner dey sleep till after a few hours before I feel any movement,I started getting worried when I it was 39 weeks 5 days,got to the hospital n the doctor said I should wait till 40 weeks which was on a Sunday,I said ok then went back home,didn't feel any movement that night till the next morning (Saturday), I was like this one done pass be careful,hubby too was already panicking so we went to the hospital again,the mumu doctor said the same thing he the previous day but I insisted that I wasn't going back home cos I brought my hospital things with me,he decided to ask the md and that one gave the go ahead that I should be induced...hmm na now tori start, that hospital and those doctors na God go reset their brains

My BS concluding part...

The doctor on duty inserted a catheter and said he would remove it after 12 hours if it didn't fall off on its own,so I was admitted at 1pm Saturday patiently waiting for it to fall off,I decided to login here,played candy crush,ate plenty rice and stew not knowing the pain and drama ahead of me.

Fast forward to Sunday afternoon the catheter was still there,the other doctors on duty refused to remove it even after 24hours until the gynaecologist arrived and shouted on them that it should have been removed since,so he did it himself n inserted a tablet and said I should lie down for an hour or so,contraction started in the evening,at first I could bear it n was doing the breathing thingy,mehn it got worse at night I was ready to scream down the building cos it was unbearable...at this point I was checked and it was 4cm,it remained on 4cm till around 12 by this time my jajaina was on fire cos of different hands going in and out,when it got to 3am(monday) I started screaming that 'it wants to come out oh'! 'Mummy help me '!...was taken to the labor room straight,in my mind I was like b4 4am I should be out...the nurses checked me again and said 8cm but the upper part of my cervix was still hard can't remember the word they used,prior to this time I had cried and cried so no tears left again it got to the point that I was sleeping right there in the labor room,my mum had to start talking to me to keep me awake but I kept drifting off,I thought I would die cos there was no strength again,at 5am same story,6am same thing,they had to call the doctor he examined me again and gave me one drip like that for like 20 minutes meanwhile he decided to use his hand and expand my cervix all this time I was begging and begging and praying,at 6:50am I suddenly felt a strong contraction and it seemed like the baby was about to pop out,the nurses just said I should push when I'm told to,I pushed 3 times and my baby and placenta came out ,I think the olive oil they used helped a lot cos I didn't have any tear nor was I given any cut..Then my baby boy cried and I also cried along with him my mum was crying,my guy’s red eyes finally cleared ....in all I'm grateful to God and I pray especially for the ttc women that you all are going to bombard this thread with your bfp's this November and December.

@ capt iomoge2, pls try supplement with Nan1. What helped me was my dh massaged the areola very well to release drops into a cup, it helped to open the ducts and I also massaged the whole bre.ast with hot water (not scalding hot). My flow is better now.

She has been on Nan from day 1.
Been cleaning.... hubby too has tried....thankz much

Babe one mama on the other thread suggested locust beans - a spoon twice daily. Tried it and was looking for breast pads thereafter

You just chew on it and rinse with mouthwash afterwards

Scan and LMP will always give different EDDs...you can go with which ever u like.

U can ask mamas in the newborn thread....they have 1st hand experience with diapers and can recommend based on their immediate experience.

Peal and boil the cocoyam till soft and pound like you would pounded yam, add small palm oil to it to reduce stickiness. When it's ready ( they maybe lumps) just dissolve into already simmering pot of orisirisi allow to boil a while then add the bitter leaf
( best if you get the fresh leaf and wash yourself cos those ones already washed may be mixed with some other leaf ) don't cook for long and it's ready.


Keep your mind off the issue and don't let it bother you(difficult I know) if you are tensed your body won't produce milk, take lots of hot fluid and keep putting her to breast and express as often as possible.

Please have it at the back of your mind that not all methods will work same way for everyone so you don't get disappointed and discouraged when it doesn't work for you! Our bodies are different and various factors send and unseen may hinder milk let down, it's just how nature made it and no fault of yours.

Rieme26 diaper issues are usually a trial and error thing and which you can afford to keep using long term! Some mamas have good experiences with a particular diaper while others don't.

That being said I believe a lot of mamas have complained about the Nigerian pampers so I think it's best you avoid that one.

Prices are not stable depends on your location and the store you are buying from, just ask more than two places to be sure and have an idea of the range.

I don't think your state of origin has changedbecause you are married. There is usually a lga certificate which is usually given at local govt secretariat . You have not been issued another one from your husband's lga na.

Mama,, sorry ooo. just enjoy the package.. I was also a victim of caught throughout second trimester. I will cough so tey I will pee for body. I was forced to be wearing pant. antibiotics but c and all was prescribed but no improvement. Dr later told me to go and enjoy it till it last. you can check wit ur doc sha...

If the official thing will favor my state of origin, I use mine; if it will favor dh's own, I use his. Eg if I'm applyin for anytin in Rivers state, I use Rivers as state of origin. If it's frm dh, I use Delta state. Anyone wen go favor me nai I dey follow

Endocervical swab
Hormonal Profile.
I was told l have an infection which he prescribed flagentyl/secnidazole tab 500mg 6 tabs at once
Augmenting for 10 days
Gynocare vaginal inserter for 6days
Mist pot for 10days
After then he prescribed the fllg
Perilon 2 tab 10mins before
Rocephin injection 1g daily for 7days
Pls I need interpretation on this
