Let us hope, the payment may start toward the ending of today bank business or latest tomorrow morning.

They are part and parcel of civil servant.
What teachers/civil servants stand for in the text above, simply mean teachers and other civil servant.

Teacher was single out because they are number one in the ministry that the highest respect and attention should be giving to.

In our society today government pay poor attentions to teachers unlike before when teachers were seen as next after God in the society.

Mainwhile, what we are waiting for now is our arrears and October salary.

Nigeria as a country don't pay much emphasis on education and when politicians do, they just build infrastructure to boast of and steal monies. they don't care about human development in terms of training of staffs, better pay and remunerations, pension, better working conditions and long term modalities to maintain such eye service infrastructure. you see those schools built by ameachi in few years time will look like a shrine.

All the standard schools built by Amaechi in ogoni land are already looking like a shrine ; no chairs pupils sit on the tiles , ceiling fan has rusted ceiling boards has fallen off no water and toilet facilities working etc it is a den of wild animals now... Except of course very few schools are exempted.
