A dog is not intelligent enough in my opinion. Its not even legal in some countries. If they want to have sex they are free to, but you can't compare it to homosexuality, which is performed by two consenting humans.

Exactly. From an evolutionary point of view, homosexuality shouldn't exist, by choice or not.
But the reality is it does exist. So should we now discriminate against these people because they are different?

Its not a choice for most. And the guy you mentioned i read his article, he kept having gay urges, but he said he kept suppressing them. It's not easy. He lives in a fairly secluded US district far from temptation. Like priest and monks that are celibate, the more you do it the easier it gets, but its in no way easy. And not everyone has so much self control. Not everyone can fight who they truly are. Is it fair for us to demand that everyone should go through what he went through, especially when their actions don't cause harm to the society?

What is the relationship between marital status and teaching? Is there a correlation between ability to teach and marital status or sexual orientation? How will you know the sexual orientation of all the teachers in a school? Are they going to be wearing tags or you will interview all of them to know their marital status and sexual orientation, besides, some people are bi-sexual, meaning they are married but still cheat with people of the same sex. How do you differentiate these ones?
