Christians follow the teachings of Christ . Christians should understand that the Mosaic Law is not for them but it was for the Jews .

Judaism is both religious and cultural and those Mosaic Laws were what moulded the Jews as the people of Israel .

Well I'm trying to say that I believe God could be omnipresence, but has no part to play in actions of men.

I also believe(my opinion though) that the true authors of the bible meant for Jesus to be interpreted as a symbolic understanding of inner truth from a gnostic point of view as that was common in ancient Greece.
