I just started mine just this last weekend and also did some tests and scan. uhmmmmmm i have added too much fah, me that i used to weigh 54-55 now weighing 66kg, chai i just could not shout at the sudden increase, i hope i wont turn 100kg before EDD

according to scan i'm 18 weeks and 3 days but acccording to m LMP i'm just 17weeks today, the sex has not been detected yet but it has been been confirmed that my EDD is 14/04/17. Also i was told my PVC is too low low(30), experience mama please help a FTM.

Come and see the way i was shaking and scared when the Doctor was pressing my stomach, same thing during the scan.

The way they press that stomach is scary o, but they are doctors so...
54kg is the perfect start weight na, me I weighed 63 last time i checked and now i won't be surprised if I'm over 70 now.
I'd drag my lazy self to the hospital in two weeks, flog me if I'm still telling stories by then.
About the PVC, just take the drugs that they've given you and try to eat more vegetables. Like raw garden egg leaf, its actually one of my favorite things to eat tho it's so hard to find in Lagos. [s]That's my advice as the experienced mama that i am[/s] . Just kidding, You can read through the thread or use the search button, plenty other mamas have had the same issues

Good day mamas, hope everyone is doing well..if so thank God for DAT, I wanted to update us on my cervical insufficiency matter which I was diagnosed with 2 weeks ago(I was 1.7cm as at den, my cervix was shortening, intact I enter danger zone) doctor admitted me and put me on bedrest, from Friday till Monday just to see if d cervix will close back if not so he can easily tie d womb, so last week Monday after d hospital bedrest I did anoda scan which showed my cervix improved to 1.9 but still not enough, so my husband told d doctor DAT he wants to take me home, so DAT I can continue d bedrest and see if dre will be more improvement, and d doctor reluctantly agreed and told us to go and comebk after one week which is this morning. If by den my cervix dosnt close by itself he would have to do the cercelage... We agreed and I was discharged paying serious bill....na wa o....my 1 week of bedrest at home was a funny one, couldn't rest well sef, knowing fully well DAT am at home, no 1 with me, I av to make myself brkfast and lunch....I knew I couldn't do this alone and honestly I didn't want to use d cercelage, so I called upon God....family and frnds also had my back in prayer.... Plus I was even having serious bad dreams and attack. Wasn't easy at all...so today been Monday I got to the hospital, we paid for our appointment (I and DH) and gynae told us to goan do scan again o....after doing d scan DH askd d guy wat was happening, d scan guy told us DAT my cervix was completely closed...and it has improved to 4.3cm...I couldn't contain my joy, I was so happy, our gynae too was so surprised, said he has never seen this kinda fin b4...it can only be God.... Am so sorry my write up is very long....EMA binu plz bear with me....but what God has done for me I can't just kip it, am so happy and grateful to God....I also want to say thank u to all of u who responded to me and prayed with me when I was panicking... Don't know what to do, I have not been able to potty train my toddler. He was already using it but suddenly he just stopped, we were making progress before, he won't signify me if he wants to wee or poo. Just want him to stop using diapers, can't afford diapers for two babies. I wish he'll get use to it and stop using diaper before next month, what do I do. I dnt wear him diaper to bed, but off recent he always wee on his bed

Same thing for me. But I went to the hospital and they did a scan. I think I was 9 weeks then. The scan showed my EDD and that's what I have been holding on to.

Most hospitals in UK do a scan from 8 weeks to 10 weeks called dating scan to get an approximate EDD. That is the most accurate scan.

So technically your last period was in July? None in august, September, October? Just go for a scan first they will be able to tell when you most likely conceived.

How old is your toddler?Don't beat yourself to it. Potty training is a gradual process and a bumpy ride. It will take a lot of patience.

The same God that did it for me has done it for you. God is ever faithful. He is the one that gave u conception without ur knowledge he only will keep the baby. Pls I suggest mama get this book and it will build ur faith.

My Prince came on the 14th of November via scheduled CS weighing 3.7kg. His name is actually Prince.

He came on my parents wedding anniversary. Lost my mum so I am so happy to have my baby remind me of her.

My baby sleeps like a lamb. No vigilante yet and he doesn't cry.
