I am that way too but I will answer your question nonetheless.

Witches are not demons and neither are they spirits as often portrayed by our infamous nolluwood movies.

Rather they are creatures, just like us. Humans who have communion with evil spirits. They plot and trade their crafts by manipulations and deception. If you're seeking for proof to know if witches do exist, you will find none as no gathering of witches will allow you sashay into their coven, taking pictures and vidoes of them or posing for selfies. Such persons will not live to tell the tales.

Witches don't transform into creatures as some believe, rather they have animals they keep as pets such as birds, owls, cats, reptiles etc that they comit their spirits into to move about.(all spirits can possess any body/flesh as long as the life is still in it.)

I have two things to say about that: (1) How convenient! (2) If it's impossible to get any proof of witchcraft, how can you be sure that it's real?

All you need to make it work is an isolated venue precise name of person and venue. Any venue about 10-40km from a river or seashore will be perfect.

Let me tell you my personal experience. Not witches or wizards but an experience that shows we are more than flesh and bones.
In 1992, I was in SS3. I was schooling in Ebenezer Comprehensive High School while living in Iba Estate. So, on this day, when I dropped at Iyana Ipaja, while walking from under bridge to the park where I will take Iyana Iba bus, a voice in my head told me that if I miss the bus presently loading, I will suffer that night. So I started running. When I got to the bus, the last passenger was just boarding. No other bus on ground. The conductor offered me to sit beside him, and refused. That was around 7 pm. The bus left and I really suffered that night! No other bus came, by th time I decided to break t journey by boarding Isheri bus, they were nowhere to be found! Around 10 PM, I was standing by the road and a trailer was in my front. The voice came again and asked to beg the driver for a lift. I disregarded it I got to my Estate gate after 12 am and I saw the same trailer packed outside the estate gate! Next day, I discovered my neighbour was in that trailer with his goods! I don't get the voice again. We are certainly more than flesh and bones

I really don't know how to say this but you are not alone concerning this tiny voice of a thing......and for the fact that you don't get it again maybe a salient distraction lurks around whenever that voice tries to speak.

Interesting analogy on witches and wizards OP. Your definition of a witch or wizard; is it perfect ? I dont know, but this is my understanding of the dynamics under the stage. My response will not be confined to the premise of wizards and devil, but explanatory enough to cover more areas which you might need understanding to help in your journey through life.

Since your analogy about witches are based on in-existence of "The Devil". It is understandable that you come to the conclusion, that as far as there is no devil, there is no witches.

But what the proponents of these ideas fail to take into consideration is the fact that no one is 100% evil. Some bad people have people they love and cherish and do evil to those they hate. So, there are no witches and wizards per say, but forces can choose to do evil and good depending on who their subject, object is.

Do some great good, you are called my angel, you are my God on earth. Do some bad deeds and you will be called evil, devil and demon. What exist is neutral natural force.
