All delay tactics have been streamlined and shut-out and it boiled down to Nwofor reduced to 'one dimensional argumentator'

The biggest news today was

(1) Apppeal panel had struck out ''motion filed at the supreme court for stay of proceedings''
(2) Appeal Court Strikes out Jimoh Ibrahim motion to be joined in Jegede Vs Poroye suit

Wow! you mean the Appeal brief is being heard right Now! what a breakthrough.
Jimoh ibrahim's lawyer should counter the Appeal maybe tommorrow or i guess something,

Jimoh ibrahim's lawyers will walk out of the Court of Appeal. And since they are in the court to stop proceedings and it failed, Judgement may be given in-absentia if they fail to counter jegede's appeal or walk-out of court. grin grin grin

friday latest, i expect the Appeal court to close all application pending today, and give defendants(jimoh ibrahim)only tommorow to 'counter the Appeal-brief' which jegede's Lawyer is delivering Now,but if they fail to do that and walk out of court
Then it will be an easy judgement! but lets wait!

yess oo justice, their plan failed when they accused the first panel of bribery and could not further prove the bribery case and the first panel disqualify themselves for probe, Now They ran to the supreme court to stop proceedings but it was knocked out, they ran out of ideas even if they accuse you of bribery, it will be laughable grin grin

My justice treat them just the way they deserved, shame no go let some people sleep for ondo grin grin
