Evening, sir. I got Aqua-Dex plus from the vet store. The vet doctor instructed me to mix two tablespoons with 1kg of feeds and air dry so I can feed the fish.
The instructions there also says the pond water should be drained to the barest minimum and 100g of the drugs be mixed and left for four hours before topping the water again. The 100g is for 800-1000 fish and mine is just over 450 so will it be right to put 50g,, which is half of 100g?

It is well even in the well,sir. I'v done the treatment and there was no abnormal reactions. I'v refilled d water till tomorrow, when I shall proceed with the treatment. I pray for positive results at the end of the 3-day regimen.
Besides, its skrettings 2mm I feed them with. I hope the feed is good too.

When last did you change the water, if it's a concrete pond, perhaps, i will suggest u take the fish out of that pond into another and drain the water completley for a new water in case of infection And observe.

when you notice your fish swiming sideways or head out of the water its a sign of infection, the type of culture medium will determine the treatments.... remove the infected fish first into a separate holding. you can chat me on 07065874135 for further discussion.

remove the fish to a clean separate tank, dont feed for 2days,get a fish approve antibiotic accessible in your area & apply as prescribe,clean water is key

I like to congratulate for the successful hatching....good job....first, I think their sizes @4weeks old is undoubtedly smaller than expected size at 4weeks and this may be traceable to overpopulation......coupled with other factors...I could see shooters in their already.....
Their sizes can improve tremendously if you can provide more ponds to accommodate them and proper management....
