The contractor is given mobilization fee and paid in agreed trenches as the work progressed.

Government is a continuum. GEJ need not to have paid the contractor the total sum. Was there any record that the contractors left site while GEJ was still in power for non payment?

As at 2015 Gej used the entire money in Nigeria to prosecute an election which he lost. Even fuel importers were being owed subsidies for 9 months as at the time GEJ was leaving office and it took the new govt to come in and started clearing massive backlog of debts.

That road has received numbers of touches since it was constructed around 1978-9. The road doesn't last because of the land texture of our area, is not as stony as north that's why roads doesn't las that long. Almost all the leaders has worked on that road. Is true GEJ did not pay attention on it because he was trying to please the north as a good leader, he tot northrs are Nigerians.
