ummm okay but God sure was showing his immanence in different forms. Not to mention deism arose and came to its most prominent during the philosophical change of the Enlightenment. As scientific knowledge increased, a climate of greater religious freedom developed in Europe and inconsistencies in the Bible were more freely discussed. So there were thiests before Diests. You can check out Thomas paines the age of reason. At least Diests are reasonable and sincere enough to observe inconsistencies in religious texts rather than engage in endless tiring apologetics that we get from monotheists. Diests tend to see God as an abstract logical principle rather than an anthropomorphic being with wants. And both Diests and athiests both hold the Bible and other religious works to be written mostly as human political works instead of being the holy word of any god.In fact, the only real difference lies in their explanation for the origins of time and space which they attribute to a non interfering deity. Atheism simply takes one step further than deists (note most athiests don't do this) by denying existence of any God atall. Which I think is wrong because you have to be omimiscient to be sure

OK..OK...this is just one reason why I know I did not got here by accident but I was perfectly created by an intelligent been.. every part of my body is created to perform specific function..eyes to see,ears to hear,tongue to taste food and control my speach,teeth to masticate food,hands to handle, legs to work,etc...you can agree with me that this kind of perfect arrangements can not be done by accident without making a single mistake.. if you disagree with me then kindly point out to me which part of the body that is a mistake without any function to perform.. and how male and female where created whit there respective organs for reproductive purpose..thank you

Deist and theist do NOT share the same beliefs about God or God's. Theist can be monotheist or polytheist with very different beliefs about the Gods. Some deist are pantheist while others believe God is just some force that created and left, some claim that the force could evendors be dead. How does that come close to the nonsense you are trying to say. It's like claiming that the Indian Gods have somethibg in common with a very monotheistic God like Allah. It doesn't make any sense at all.
