Normally accreditation and voting should end by 2 but there are cases voting ends by 11am or 12pm..,Some PO may decide to start sorting and counting anytime after 1 cos of d other formalties and incase there wil be violence

You can ONLY count b4 end of voting time, (2pm) when ALL THE. REGISTERED VOTERS who PICKED PVC IN THE UNIT have voted.
