Romance isn't always about heart breaks and back biting.
Sometimes we meet good people who pass through our lives like a wind leaving us changed forever.
I once had this German girl friend.(Note the space)

When we initially started seeing me, she proudly showed me her wedding ring declaring that she was married.
Guess what, i somehow got her number when we were chosen into the same group for a course project.

We eventually became very good friends, going out and sharing hugs.
Then came the day she would finally return to her home country.

Damn, she was the sweetest thing after ice cream.
I hugged her at the Air port for close to five minutes fighting so hard for tears not to roll down my eyes.
I wanted to kiss her when she stared at my lips but for some health reasons i couldn't.

She eventually left and i cried like a baby that night. grin

hmmm..i remember when i could still cook a whole pot of soup for 200 naira..when petrol was still 45 naira....when i could buy bread for 10 and i will be satisfied ..those are time i will cherish for the rest of my life..
