first u will av change ur files to pdf format. Then upload them one by one according to their order. Read d instructions very well before u upload ur data to their portal. Best of success.

first is ur files in pdf format. Then secondly upload ur files in the right order. Mail them about ur issues.

The new mail from DPR was sent to almost everybody that applied with reference to completing page 2. I think if anyone already completed his application, there is no cause for alarm. As a matter of fact xef, there is no way you can edit and upload your docs once you have completed your application and reads "Successful submission pending"

As for Johnnyessence, the email you got is nothing special, I got same when I completed my application weeks back and clicked on "print" on DPR portal.

Seriously, I have been having mixed feelings about this APPLICATION STATUS thing.
I applied in the very early days of the advertisement (late October 2016). I applied for an Entry Level position.
After application and submission, I got a system generated serial number DPR/2016/***/**** with application status reading; 'PENDING - SUCCESSFULL SUBMISSION' (highlighted in orange colour) and further instructions reading;
"This is a Temporary Copy, Do Not come with this copy to the examination hall, Please Check back later for the Permanent Copy"
Though all the sections still showed I could EDIT/ADD. I was scared to click on it anyways
I saved the page.

After about 2weeks, my application status changed to APPROVED (highlighted in green colour) with further instruction reading;
"Successful candidates should come along with their registration slip to the examination centre."
Immediately, I saved the page.

Not up to a week later, the application status reverted back to PENDING - SUCCESSFULL SUBMISSION (highlighted in orange colour) with further instruction reading;
"Successful candidates should come along with their registration slip to the examination centre."


Now, that is my main worry. So I decided to ask the following questions and I would appreciate answers with the number quoted for clarity.

1. Is this the case with those who have successfully filled all the sections and submitted?
2. Does the application number; DPR/2016/***/**** generate only when the application has been successfully submitted? Meaning if you have the application number, you need not EDIT/ADD/RE-REGISTER?
3. Do those having issues with any of the sections/stages have the application number; DPR/2016/***/**** already?

Though I am suspecting it will be the usual Ministries/Departments/Agencies standard of minimum of 6months from advert of placement to appointment.
Please can anyone here who have written the exams before or know any staff of DPR kindly furnish us with an idea of what the examination/selection process look like?

To be honest with you I really dont remember because I applied about a month ago. But I "THINK" I clicked on submit and print/send email of exam slip.

Hence on applying DPR send me two emails (on the same day of application). The first one had a subject titled "Registration Successful". The second mail had a subject titled "Examination Slip Link".

I hope this helps.

Good observation. Please is anyone experiencing same issue?
As of myself, the problem is "no higher institution details found". I tried severally to add it using their add button but ko work. Therefore, I keep it on pending with mangoes' colour

Hello everyone.. I just applied now and what I got is pending successful submission.. I clicked on submit and print and it's still the same. Minutes later I got a mail from dpr : please click here to print your examination slip.

One clicking the link, it still took me back to the pending successful submission page.
