I did not say it is the largest brand in Lagos. I said it is one of the largest. You see discounting banks, most of the other large chains are international chains not local chains. For example, KFC is very big in Lagos(I saw very many) but in Nairobi it does not even feature in the top 10 restaurant chains.

I also mentioned Shoprite since it is the anchor stall of one of the largest malls in Lagos if not the largest. Some mall in VI whose name I can't remember. Just remember that it had a Nike shop next to Shoprite and there was another KFC is my memory serves me correct as well as LaPorte, Hugo boss on that mall. You have been there so your probably know it. I also saw a few other Shoprite. Another I saw was in Lekki on the way to the beach. Africa giant where everything is faked is still struggling to get National ID system. How do they even authenticate anything. Nearly every kenyan adult(+18) carries a national ID and that is what you use for ANY transaction - which is why stuff like mpesa thrives. Gov collects fingerprints and Id plus your biometrics is used. The system is water-tight enough to be trusted by anyone.
