7 months after giving birth is too soon to starting banging like there's no tomorrow o, jare. Focus on raising your child for now and finish breast feeding first. Men, even very sexual men like myself, usually try to stay away from nursing mothers. You don't want a mouth full of milk when you try to suck her boobs.

Medically, its advised that a newly delivered woman should avoid sex for about three weeks to allow the Veeejay heal properly or the CS wound to heal well.
@Op, its possible your husband was in the delivery room with you and saw the pain you went through and this has created 'a psychological guilt' within him, which makes him think that he had caused you so much pain and does not want to hurt you again.
I will advise that you go for marriage counselling classes on the above issue as it has happened to many other men before.

That 5mins of pleasure is not worth your marriage. If intimacy is not restored in your marriage thing will get complicate very quickly.... sex is the oil that keeps a marriage going.
