It beats my imagination how we got to this point. Until I left minna in 2009, there was always a constant electricity supply. You can go one full week without NEPA withholding the light. If they take it, within 2 Minutes, the light will be restored again. I just can't believe this is happening in Minna. Na waooooo 8 Likes |
