This is very true, because last year i was actually on rapid, that is two girls a day minimum.
But guess what?
Every thing about me was going down. my business was crashing continuously. No peace in my house, too many problem in my place of work, spending so much money that i would have use for meaningful things etc.
I noticed it and applied brake, today am glad i did.
Now i do one girl (once) a week or two weeks. Hoping to reduce more and finally abstine.
So please if possible Abstinence is the best or reduce ur rate by 75% to 85%

I will be honest, it ain't easy at all. Most of the people saying it is easy probably have low sex drive. It ain't easy, but it can be done for a short period of time.
.. Like 4-6 weeks of complete abstinence. During this period, you can engage in heavy work or exercises that zap your energy. Trust me, if you do 100 press ups, sex will be the last thing on your mind that day.
