That's because the system launcher is not your default app. Go to settings and set it as default

I installed Hola launcher and prefer it 2 D Mi launcher because of d app list in alphabetical order and some other reasons...... It just seems as though d fone doesn't want anoda launcher installed..... Just hope I get help 2 find my way around it.....

I successfully funded my aliexpress wallet and placed order for the items in my cart. I didn't get the message for Successful Order but the amount was deducted from my Aliexpress pocket. Under aliexpress pocket spent tab, the money was deducted for the items but the items are still under Orders awaiting payment. When I click on Pay now, I get payment unsuccessful message. I have chatted with Customer service concerning the issue and they promised to send me a resolution mail within 1-3 working days. This is the 3rd day I've not seen any mail. The money has not been returned to my Aliexpress pocket nor the Orders confirmed.
I'm so confused and don't know what to do next. I don't know what will happen if this issue is not resolved before the aliexpress pocket service is discontinued on 1st January 2017.

Just to be sure, go CM>tools>app manager. Then check for the particular app that was installed on 2016-09-17.

Otherwise, do a factory reset one more time, DO NOT backup any system settings. Only backup your documents and music / videos. You can store them in a memory card and scan the memory card with your laptop just to be sure it's clean. Now do a factory reset and reinstall all apps from playstore.

Only your social media apps and browser should be allowed to access mobile data / WiFi. Every other app including CM should not be allowed to access the net.

If you are on Marshmallow rom, ad services is enabled by default. Disable it by going to settings > additional settings > privacy > ad services. You can do this before deciding to do a factory reset.

One last thing, I recommend you use Firefox as your browser as it allows you to install ad block plugin just like the desktop browser. Chrome hasn't implemented this feature

Most likely a rooted phone.

These viruses have a way of turning themselves into system apps in rooted phones. Even after factory reset, they're right back.
(in unrooted ones the trouble is over once you trace and remove the culprit app).

You might need to flash your ROM as the only solution
