In his annual prophecy at the beginning of last year, Pastor Adeboye prophesied as regards Nigeria thus:

Things are likely to get tougher before they get better but thing will get better before the end of this year.

It's 2017 and things didn't get better. What happened!? Maybe the Christians can explain to us

Hmm, is all I can say about most the so called prophetic pastors... often time, all that they do is guess work... nothing like prophecy. ..I'm talking from a true experience

What pained me personally is that this guy vowed that he would not pay all the money that pay to his church inform of tithes, offerings, thanksgivings, special thanksgivings, building projects and bill for professional services that offered for more than 20 years. I told him, i gave the money out because the church promised me on behalf of God that i will receive more than whatever i gave, that made me to keep giving to the church and since God has failed to give me more than as gave may be he doesnt like me, the church that collected my money on behalf of God should return it but this guy refused. If the church didnt collect the money from me or if God has blessed me as the church said who knows, i wouldnt have been this poor. HE VOWED THAT HE WOULD NOT PAY MY MONEY AND TRULY HE HAD NOT PAY. I HAVE ALREADY MADE MY VOW TOO

men of God ehn, only thunder will fire them. They will just say anything they feel like and call it prophecy. Even when it fails, people will still follow them. Buhari failed in his promise and people are criticizing him but men of God failed in their prophecies and people are still supporting them citing false theories and metaphor as excuse ... So buhari's own was not a metaphor abi?

The prophecy was for believers in Nigeria and not for every Tom dick and Harry, you can make conclusions about the failure of the prophecy only when you have interviewed every Nigerian believer and have discovered that things are not getting better for them.

A prophecy you mocked even before it was uttered, you now want it to come to actualise itself in your life........really funny.

he gave "individual" prophecy, "National" prophesy and "International" prophesy

the economic improvements part was "national"

now do better mental gymnastics to defend your fraud of a pastor because this one you did failed before it even started

U don't need to lie for god, Jesus or your pastor. The prophecy was grouped under Nigeria.... There are others for international affairs, for believers even for RCCG members.
And please, things are not at all better for Christians. They are just managing like everyone else- except the ones that can afford private jet of course

I'm not defending the man of God but if truly God told him before the end of the year then God's words will definitely come to pass. God's time is not man's time.

When God made convenant With Abraham and told him his descendants will be uncountable as the stars. Do you know it took centuries for the convenant to be fulfilled.

But if it's left to the OP and his Ilks, they would have mocked Abraham and say how will an old man's descendants be uncountable as the stars. A man who has 2 kids at an old before departing this world. God's time is not man's time. A 1000 days in man's eyes maybe 1 day in God's eyes.

I'm not there when he communicated with God but if God's truly says it then it will come to pass . And if he didn't then judgment will be between him and God because is judgements will begin in the house of God.
