The majority stupids should watch and comply. They should not be allowed to vote because they are the ones who are easily swayed by rice and beans promises from liars who call themselves politicians. Since Democracy is a game of numbers and the majority are backward, negroes will only continue to have backward people to lead them until they change this. The Americans were not stupid with their electoral college system when it comes to who leads them.

Leadership is key, once we can get this right then we are on our way to becoming a great race.

Majority is not always right.

2. The new minority leadership should do away with or reform the traditional institutions . Demons, Principalities and Powers thrive with the aid of this institution. Trust me, blacks are in bondage. Rituals, charms etc are repulsive to angels of development. Once we can stop this, then those evil powers will go hungry and they will all dry out or migrate to places where they are revered.

It is in their nature to bring poverty and sickness, kick them out and let God in.

Africa has been given the best of the lands and resources so there is no question of injustice from God. It is left for us to do the needful if we desire greatness.

If we can fix our leadership problem and genuinely put the service of God and the love of fellow Negroids as our traditional ... The black race would be the cynosure of all eyes.

The problem I have with this assessment is that you cannot generalize an entire race based on your own perception. There is no concrete proof that the black race is lazier than any other race in the world. For example, black Americans represent one of the laziest set of people in the world yet black Americans who works in the manufacturing sector are more hardworking than some whites sitting in the office. Another thing to consider, majority of Africans schooling in the USA are more likely to top their class than their black peers of American origin or even some of their white peers. This is because most have forced themselves to learn and assimilate at an higher rate. Finally blacks represent some of the most successful entrepreneurs, scientists and philanthropists in the world surely a race that is doomed CANNOT produce such great minded people?
