Most times their response sounds programmed to me, yes no religion is perfect, some must be misinformed, some may become selfish like Judas but when the laspses are glaringly evident in the life of the originator and you a mere mortal like you and I trying to defend a God that is more peoweful than we. I don't normally enter into argument with them because most times all they do is dodge the questions, attack your religion quoting verses out of context and then lie. We did wanted to argue about this apostacy thing one time that I calmed down and reasoned with a Muslim here in nairaland and he categorically told me that in an Islamic nation like Saudi Arabia , etc that the penalty is death by beheading and am surprised some Muslims here are quick to deny that and it is very disappointing that they will never tell you how Mohammed died, I asked one he told me that death killed him meaning they either don't know or are ashamed saying it. Am very happy am privileged to be a Christian because somehow I've tried to reason how life would have been if am not. Though most religion had their bad sides but in most cases I refer people to the originator of that faith and how he lived his/her life not what the believers make of him/her. I implore us to always defend our belief with our lifestyle and how positively it impacts not with lie, fear and death.

christianity does not teach me to respect any other religion.
