Masturbation and pornography addictions are so strong and rampant and the effects can be devastating. It has broken dreams and marriages. Men waste time and energy wanking, so easy to be a victim and no one knows. I have suffered from these and my sincere advice is that no one should get started and if you have already, seek help!!!!!!
