Yet another question.

A daughter took her fiancé to her old dad and on seeing the young guy, the old dad was very happy.
He greeted the young guy and complimented him, saying: You are tall, handsome, well-mannered, respectful and you even have what the rich don't have. But you can not marry my daughter.

Please who can tell me "in one word" what he has that made the old man refused him marrying his daughter?
