@folaroyal, thanks a lot, the issue is an heart broken for me and my family when i recieve it yesterday.i am in dilemma. it was an agent that caused this problem for me, he told me that nothing like sharing of information between US and canada and their immigration rules is different. i agree with him because his travelling experience. am not aware of great information on this thread.
1. I included visa page of kenya and it has expired then before i applied for canada study permit, but not travelling to kenya at that time, because i was very bust at work.
2. No travel experience.

Pls i need to be guided on the documents i will need at the port of entry.
Thanks
I haven't been to PoE yet ooo... But the key things you will need are your Correspondence (approval) letter, international passport, admission letter.... Others may include SoA and any docs as may be required in satisfying unconditional offer of admission.
Have you made travel plans yet?.... If not let me know... may be of help.
Meanwhile, ensure you are not late for school resumption..
Good luck!

Hello house, i have been a silent reader, i came across this wonderful thread before I applied through an agent(paper rout also linked online), i was refused yesterday after 14weeks, but am yet to receive refusal message what should be the problem? I am looking forward to reapply again, i am glad i have learn a lot here.
See... It's either you advise the agents to follow guys on this thread or you determine to study through.... get advises and apply on your own efforts or better still if you have so much money and MUST use a third party to apply.... Just send the money to me!!!
I have confidence to tell you that you can only get limited help from most of these Agents!!!
In any case we cannot say precisely until we sight your refusal letter.. And then guys may be able to help... I am so unhappy for the time (14weeks)??
Good luck!

Clear.... Nothing hidden in this... I'll consult a solicitor and merge their submissions with mine.... Hopefully there'll be good news and who says you cannot still be approved?
In the alternative if you have a lawyer (even on this thread) who specialises in Criminology... you can consult and send me the notes.... I'll add up to it and conclude! ( response is usually written by applicant)
That's about the only sensible way to go about this Sir!

Please I need you people to careful review my message and advice me on what to do... tho I have written to CIC twice over this matter and I still havent gotten any response from them... apart from the Auto response once gets that say... if your application is still within processing time they wouldnt get back to you...

Please I need a quick advice.. should I go ahead and make another medical or what?
I did medical 2015 and was delayed. On how I submitted new application on October 9th 2017 which I included the medical result as upfront, tho (was still valid as of the time I submitted) I linked my application and about 2weeks later it was updated as passed. To my surprise I got another update and noticed medical passed had changed from 'MEDICAL PASSED' to 'NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME'.

I wrote the cic twice and no serious response yet if I'm to do another medical or so, all I got is, if the application is still within processing time they won't respond. Please people I want to know if this has happened to anyone on here, could this be a tech error or what, I'm so confused but not scared. Anything they like make them do ooo... I don try. This is my third attempt. Any advise is welcome.

Agent wahala. Just hope and pray for the best.

The bad thing is that no matter how much advise is given to stay away from agents, people wont. All the best my people.
You kno you can't preach to stop all smokers from smoking but it is wise that even if you MUST smoke..... research on the best tobacco brands that will cause minimal damage to you!!!
Many agents charge as much as 350k.. and pack rubbish in your application still.... Evil people grin

are you kidding? I love that song! Congrats buddy!
iruomaz63:
#singing You made a way
When our backs were against the wall
And it looked as if it was over
You made a way
And we're standing here
Only because you made a way
You made a way
You move mountains
You cause walls to fall
With your power
You perform miracles
There is nothing that's impossible
And we're standing here
Only because you made a way
Don't know how but you did it
Made a way

God is been awesome, I got a mail from cic last night telling me I have a new message and I should check it (cos I linked my paper application online) and the message was my correspondence letter saying my study permit has been approved.
GOD IS TRULY AWESOME. So much tears of joy. He is never late, He is always on time. Thank you Lord
Would share my profile soon.

Hello Guru's in the house, I checked my application and I was refused. I applied on the 23rd of September and I'm sure there's a way forward. My agent is silent and i have seen people do it here without any agent. I need you all to help me tackle this refusal. Thank you so much.

Hi munezsanti. I am not a lawyer but I feel your case is somehow different from wasiu's case. WASIU indicated that he was not refused USA visa whereas you left the space blank on your form. U can claim innocent misrepresentation here and hence no strict penalty. @wasiu, kindly respond to this issue with all seriousness and take it like its a big chance to prove your integrity. All the best

Just like we ve always said on here, their cases were similar but the UNIQUE FACTOR here was that their apps was treated by two separate individuals. What Mr A overlook might be a serious offence to Mr B even irrespective of the fact that they are guided by the same rules. VO uses their own discretions to arrive at certain decisions lot of times. I think Wasiu should just give a simple explanation without telling lies or complicating the issue and pray about it. Saying you use an agent don't forget will open you up to another offence of failing to disclose the use of an agent towards the end of the form.

Regards.

Hey!
You need to do another medical. Medicals are meant to be valid up to the time your TRV will be approved. Someone here had this issue in Part 8/9 of this forum. When CIC finally replied, the person was informed that the Medicals will be invalid. Exercise patience and hope for another medical call.

Try and increase d funds in your account, probably exchange rare got increased by first bank card service.
Increasing the funds would solve the problem.

Let the lawyer advise you properly since you'll be paying for that service.... It doesn't have to be two letters... Get their notes and align with yours.
You only need to show some level of sincerity and integrity in your submissions.
You may not need the letters

How old are you?
What program are you going for?
When did you graduate? Add your assets or ur parents own.
If you are using a renewed passport, add the previous visa and stamp pages of your old passport.
