That's why you need BRAIN SURGICAL OPERATION for you to understand.

Starting your comment with an insult shows how dysfunctional your brain is; and you just made me a partner by this.

Somebody with a functional brain will know I didn't suggest that there was no ECOWAS judgments for both Nigeria and Ghana but the nature of the two cases being fundamentally different from what is happening in the Gambia meant that the issue of moral justification in not admissible.

So read my comments first and react to it and not be reacting to my signature instead. Or do you want me to change it to "I hate cluelessness"? grin
A miss is as good as a mile, kapish.

Both countries derived their power to interfere with Gmabia's election from the ECOWAS treaty, you cannot disobeyed ECOWAS community court and choose to obey part of the treaty.

Buhari has no moral right to question anybody from obeying his country's constitution, has Buhari obeyed Nigeria's constitution? Why has he refused to send Justice Onnoghen's name to the senate as CJN? Why has he refused to release Zakzaki or whatever is called as was ordered by the Court recently?

Guy, tell Buhari that he lacksthe moral rightist or whatsoever to question another for disobeying law

I think I have answered this issues extensively yesterday; go through my posts.

Although I didn't specifically address Zakzaki's issue but I believes it falls under the same category of Dasuki which I spoke about.

About the justice Onnoghen's name as not being sent to the Senate for confirmation; well I think that is the President's prerogative and more so because of the level of corruption in the judiciary one needs to check and recheck the incorruptibility of who is to be a CJN in Nigeria. It's one easy thing to get them appointed but it's no easy thing to remove them after appointment or the cancer of corruption they might have infected the system with.

I think there is wisdom in being slow and steady than rush and crumble if you want to win a race.

no matter how you paint it, Buhari has no moral justification to question any one for disobeying municipal laws because he is the. master of that. No sane society will ever eulogies the abrupt disobedience of municipal court and expected other countries to obey same, More so where the tyrant vehemently disobey ECOWAS order and expect another person to obey ECOWAS treaty.

I thought Falana is a reasonable someone, I didn't know he is the opposite.
Falana is talking about terrorists like Dasuki whose action led to the death of thousands and a threat to our national security and Kanu that is about dividing a nation with his selfish aims.

The way you talk shows you lack comprehension mechanism.

BUHARI has the right to accept the ECOWAS court ruling or not.
We are talking about terrorists like Kanu, Dasuki and the lawbreaker called Zakzaky. This people don't deserve to alive considering the number of people that have died due to their devilish aims. We know what we experienced in the north west and north east, so Falana and co should shut their mouths.

See as you just succeeded in fooling yourself around, so Jammah doesn't have right to choose whether to obey ECOWAS reconciliation committee or not?

Who did this to you?
You better check and evaluate yourself very well.
Was this not your first post below about Buhari that I replied to? How did you get into all the misyarn gibberish above?

Maybe you no dey think Straight. The CAMA Law is a corporate governance law. you cannot be a corporation and operate like mama bukky buka. There are laws guiding corporate organisations. if you don't like the laws then deregistar from CAC. Then do as you like. The law allows it.
