Please note that most good cables carve their brand names on their cables, inside the wrappers so you can always tear open the wrapper and read what is written on the cable, not the wrapper.

Yes Nails cables are the best because they are pure copper, the size written on the cable is the exact size when measure with vernier caliper. But the price is not friendly at all

Kindly estimate d cost of plastering a spacious 6bed dup please; u can advise "most reasonable" and possible highest limit all things being equal in view of the lack of details on d full size of the building.

More so, is there a better way to proceed than: roof and move on to plaster_ before any other work??

Oga Spyder you are very good as usual. As you know not long ago I plastered my kobo-kobo project.
It is a 7 bedrooms duplex but not with spacious bedrooms, but with two large livingrooms,
security house and a generator house. So with OP project it should be about same size.
With my normal bricklayer after haggling, I paid labor for 550k plus bonus and materials is about 700k.
The plastering is for both interiors and exteriors. I don't have all the materials details handy.
The decks were not plastered because we used POP. Thanks.

Some other contractor/bricklayer wanted N850k for labor only... but I ran.

Note: This was before the latest cement increase. So factor that into the new cost.

Last question... I think you should always roof before you proceed to anything else like plastering, plumbing or electrical pipings.
