Okay, Here is the story A man and the girlfriend were making out and initially were using a condom.. out of excitement, the guy removed the condom without the girl's approval and when the girl found out, she reported to the police... the man was arrested and charged for rape Question Is it rape or not? do you think that the man deserves the punishment? |

HMMMMM this is why sex is a no no for me. The woman is now going to have an STD or might now be pregnant. I call it rape because they both agreed to use protection and he out of selfishness decided to remove it so that is rape even though they both consented on a different note. 1 Like |
