1. Solve power supply issues by any known means. Epileptic power supply is the single biggest hindrance to Nigeria's industrialisation and industrialisation (not even agriculture) is the key to Nigeria's prosperity. It doesn't matter if the FG borrows the entire $30 billion and sinks it into power supply. But unlike in the past, they should do it right this time. For instance, investing in solar power although expensive (twice the price of gas plants), it comes with the advantage that from conception to completion of the projects can be achieved within 12 months. Another advantage is the almost zero operating cost as compared to gas plants where gas has to be bought and would never be delivered.

2. Fix our petroleum refining capacity. If Nigeria can stop importing petroleum products today, we would be saving over 60% of our forex and this alone would return the Naira to N150/$. I totally envy whoever would be Nigeria's president from 2019 when Dangote's refinery would come on stream. There would be an instant turn around in the economic fortunes of the country and as usual, whoever is the president by then would claim the glory as 'body language.'
