Thank you for your response I am on a diet similar to it which is the Atkins diet. But I am making it a lifestyle change. though its not like i'm fat so I hope i wont end up looking too skinny with it sha

Ive followed this thread for some time now and I admire the support shared. I must admit that TTC is not an easy road. May God crown all our efforts. I have a little info to share with mamas in the category of Cervical mucus challenge. In fact we might all find it useful too.

So I'm on CD10 and for the first time in years, I noticed eggwhite CM tonight. I noticed while I was BD with OH, wouldn't have if we hadn't BD tonight. Sure it was up there waiting for some ****** to pool out. It was the exact definition of sperm friendly though Im kinda late this cycle as ovulation window will soon close. wished I had BD earlier (sorry TMI).

Lesson:
BD when u have the opportunity to
Never assume its not there
Dont wait for EWCM to BD
Never think you are too early or too late in the cycle to BD.

I took vit b6 (*50mg daily), b co. and vit E this cycle and I sure noticed a huge difference as per Cervical mucus. Just thought I must share with you mamas.

I had a similar experience this cycle. Took 100mg of clomid & was "wet" most of d cycle but a day b4 my strange exp on d settee after bd w DH; l noticed he was all covered with whitish stuff ( so 4 d tmi); l was really embrassed cos he teased me a lot abt it. I am praying more now 4 a sticky one cos I have realised am issue isn't really b4 or ovulation but after ovulation.

Good morning all pls i want to ask will the use of antibiotic affect hormanal assay test? after the doc appointment i was given drugs for pid even though i did not run any test but based on my chat with the doc i was prescribed some drugs with antibiotics. i av not started using the drugs because i just started my hormonal assay test on cd3. but av feeling itchy down there but am confused that if start using the drugs it might affect the outcome of the test. and pls i need advice on probiotics because i observed when ever i use antibiotic drugs for yeast infections i get some relive but after a while the infection comes back so i think the drugs is killing both the good and bad bacterial in my system i read online that probiotics does replace the good bacterial and pls what drug can dh use cos i think am getting the infection back from him cos he has not being on any medication for this infection before though he as no symptoms of any infection. sorry for my long post

In dealing wit infections esp recurrent types ; it's better to follow it up aggressively. So both u & DH must run a culture test ; then based on d sensitivity result report; an appropriate antibiotic (s) wud be recommended . Check older pages of d trend; there r unlimited successful infos on dis topic.

I will advise u give traditional means a try, as u have tried most conventional methods without success. Esp with those mamas dat treat wit herbs & also massage d region.

Curvy mama, easy. Most mamas don talk am already ; just try 2 ignore d boy but maintain ur stance Abt ur pot or if u get "morale"; you can use missing ribs style. Another thing l believe is causing this palava is cos u r @ home. So my dear; find something doing no matter how small; so when every body waka commot 4 morning; you sef go follow join & all of una go still return 4 d same house as una leave am ( concerning him not helping wit house chores).

My waka story this morning ;
I went with DH 2 a newly recommended trado woman dis morning. She specialises with infertility issues amongst couples & has been doing it 4 a long time. When we got there; she told me 2 lie down & massaged my belly 4 a long time ; asking me 2 change positions in btw. During her examination; she touched a spot slightly off 2 my left & d pain l experienced was out of this world. She then told me that neither ovulation/ conception was d problem but instead it's implantation.
I asked her why & she said l had a little fibroid that was @ a strategic position . In which whenever l conceive, d baby finds it hard 2 implant cos d region wasn't accommodative.
I told her l have conducted numerous scans but haven't seen fibroids of recent,she then said that its size might be negligible so it might not be seen yet on scan.
She recommended herbal treatment for 3 months with weekly pelvic massage & charged 40k for it. Maybe d way I kept my face that's why she surprisingly said that lf l felt she wasnt genuine l shouldnt pay her till after d treatment period( in which she positively believed l wud have conceived b4 then). She also advised l start d treatment on d lst day of my next cycle if this cycle is not successful.
Na so my waka this morning happen..( somewhere in my heart; l believe her diagnosis. Cos most cycles that l feel "this is it" r always elongated & during that period l have severe cramping Abi Na "biting " sensations that never cease till I start bleeding). Am just praying this should be my last bus stop 4 ttcing waka if this current cycle is not successful.

I am seriously considering the traditional method but to be honest I do not know where to go to or where to start from

Welcome ma, may your stay be short and fruitful. For me, you have done everything within your power, i'll advise you to intensify your prayer life, believe that with God, nothing is impossible. Pray, fast, study the word well. Everyone that met Jesus was healed, know wether PCOS, PID or whatever it is, by His stripe you were healed, hand it all to God, don't take anyother drug, just give it to Jesus.

then for your weight, i'll advise you go on a Keto diet, it has really helped people to conceive and lose weight, its a low carb diet, as much as you can, avoid sugar, flour and carbs, and speak to your body constantly, that body, you are fruitful.

My sister, I declare you are fruitful and will bear your own children in Jesus name... Amen

Try and pee before, it helps, make a conscious effort to do so...

Yea, l have heard & read a lot Abt genuine trado mamas too. This my morning waka even made me remember Udoka's ( an old mama 4 here) story. She ttced 4 a long time; tried conventional means numerous times but d pregnancies never exceeded certain wks. Until she did trado recommended by her people where d lady said something similar Abt her case; then treated her. Thereafter; she conceived again l think after d 2nd month & this time ; she carried 2 term( l sabi story wella cos l alwaz felt a strange connection whenever she posts her daily update then; it was like she was narrating my experience )

congrats dear, me I have to wait till like CD 34 bfre concluding, bcs my period is erratic comes btwn 27-31 days, a month into my marriage CD 28,29,30 no AF, and was experiencing nausea and d likes, me and dh don dey happy self, only 4 AF to show CD 31 I felt so downcast, I cudnt help myself...may that not be ur portion in Jesus name!!!!

Na wa oo, how does somebody want to bd during af with all the cramps and irritation? How does the sperm want to travel to the uterus sef with all the blood flowing up and down? Just thinking aloud, God help us
